“I was a guest of a wedding here. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. I was unsure which staff were from the castle and which were a third party, so I cannot say much about food or lodging. The wedding was very personalized and it appears the castle was very accommodating with that.”

“I absolutely love this park! It's very quiet, calming and relaxing. Very well kept clean. It has some nice natural views. The trails are very nice. I saw a lot of wildlife. I saw several rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, all kinds of different species of birds, and the pond had several species of fish as well.”

“Okay so the first thing you should know is that the park is smack dab in the middle of a low-key cute residential area which totally threw us off. When we pulled up we were expecting a backyard zoo because of the location, but man were we were wrong. They said they have 200 acres or developing, right now I'd say it's probably more like 8 acres that they actually have built up. You can tell that they are trying their best to give the tigers a nice life with waterfalls, swimming pools, toys, cabins. There's a lot more than just tigers here, they've got a very cute black bear, a black leopard, and some other small cats. Including their resident kitty cat that roams fearlessly. We went for the feeding experience and it was absolutely worth it. We got so many amazing pictures, and got to see so many beautiful big cats. This is an absolutely excellent place to come with the whole family regardless of age. Don't forget to buy some T-shirts at the gift shop, or a stuffed animal for the kids because that small places like this, every dollar counts towards keeping it running. We're excited to come back in a couple of years and see all of the progress that they have made. (We live very far away)”

“Very lovely park with a great boat or kayak launch ramp that goes right into the water! Nice place to enjoy the waterfront views and the water. Most guests are pretty chill and are enjoying the water in a friendly, safe way on kayaks, canoes, small to medium sized power boats, and jet skis and most people avoid making big waves.”

“Everything about this park is cool. As I am writing this review, there are hardly any fish cause they all died. Not going to say bad about that because that is not their fault. The only thing wrong is all the random trash, but it's alright”

“It is one the great place to do BBQ in summer and take a long walk along boardwalk by the lake. The zoo by the picnic area is lovely for kids. They really have some great bears in there. I wish they could open Perkins memorial tower in the month of April.”

“I come here very often. It's a good walk along an old railroad line, still a few traces of that. The one end takes you out by an active rail line so be careful there. A nice walk through the woods overall. Gets a little crowded at times.”

“It was our first time camping here and we absolutely loved the atmosphere of the campground. Very well kept sites and you have a lot of space which is especially great when you have a dog! Very quiet and peaceful. The only hang ups that I had were the bathrooms/ showers. If clean and updated bathrooms/showers are important to you, then these may not be it. The bathrooms are fairly updated, nice sink area, pretty large and nice tile throughout. The stalls are a bit tiny- but that’s not the main problem. Unfortunately the bathrooms closest to our campsite were located in a spot where there were a lot of tenting sites and cabins. The bathrooms were pretty gross on the first day, and second not as bad. The toilets itself were clean but there was toilet paper all over the floors and just not well kept, which may not be the campgrounds fault- but unfortunately still pretty unpleasant. However, the showers are completely unacceptable. They are very old and the shower curtains look like they haven’t been cleaned/ updater in years. We did find black mold in one of the showers on the shower curtain and the floor. A total turn off- we did shower in our camper, there was no way I would set foot in one of those shower stalls. The only recommendations I’d have for the campground would be to update the showers for sure, and maybe clean the bathrooms twice a day instead of one when it is busy, and maybe just update some of the main area with the basketball courts and playground are. Overall a wonderful stay, and we will be back!”

“We've been coming to this park since our adult children were very young. Where there used to be a preschool play area and water fort, they now have an inclusive playground and obstacle course. We've taken pictures through the years on and around the covered bridge. We've seen Great Blue Heron on the lake. Our youngest had her grad party in the beautiful Lakeside Pavillion which will always be a fond memory. Now I come with my grandson to make new memories.”

“Beautiful park close to the highway, with two small picnic areas and close to the beautiful Wisconsin River. Beautiful vistas if you walk past the park. There are chairs that people have put down to admire the view. No garbage bins along the way. Might be a good idea to put one or two down the street.”

“We had a great time at the Park! 2 broken parts on the play set we noticed. The phones and one of the rope climb/parts. And we didn’t find the last item in the nature hunt list. Wondering if it’s missing or broken. (PawPrint) The swings were too low for our 9year old. Her feet scraped every swing backwards… overall nice park. Not sure if the restrooms are open all the time. Monday at 2ish??”
