“I’ve been coming here for over 2 years for grooming for my 2 doodles. They looked great when I picked them up and then when I went to brush them the next day I found mats around Theo’s mouth and Finn’s ears were very uneven. I had to trim them both. I was disappointed after what I spent and tipped. I’ll have to look for another groomer. It’s unfortunate because I really like the location. Anna my regular groomer reached out to me. I will be returning there. I did not use her for the last grooming appt.”

Bucks well spent) FYI--if you take your dog wear in the booties into the lake remembered to rinse them out before you take them for a walk because they will get filled with sand and that'll be uncomfortable for them. 🐕😃 I even got a free meal mixtures chewy chicken recipe snack pack for my Cookie monster 🐕🐕🐕😊😊😊😊 They have several different locations--one of the best pet stores I've ever been to.”

“I come to this pet store once a month and the employees are always helping me out and being so kind to me but I had a issue with a bag of Fromm food that was upsetting my dogs tummy I called and the employees told me to swing on my and they can see what they can do I come in with my food in a trash bag because I use a container for my babies food Brecken was able to look my purchase up because I did not have the original receipt and Lupe walked me around to get some pumpkin and other things to help my dogs upset stomach. They helped me out so much I was able to walk out with two brand new bags of food I am 100% satisfied with this store and recommend it, Brecken and Lupe were a lot of help I also spoke with another women on the phone I didn’t get her name but she informed me to come in everyone is amazing!”

I told her what I was looking for and then she directed me to another store associate and communicated with that person of what I was looking for. That store associate was extremely helpful and took her time discussing different cat food options with me. When I was checking out, the cashier asked if I was interested in free cat treat samples which I thought was really nice! I asked to speak to the store manager because I was so impressed.
