“I love this clinic. First of all, I appreciate that it is a cat dedicated space. While I love dogs and all animals, it can be really stressful for a cat to sit in the waiting room next to dogs and I appreciate them not having to go through that. Which leads me to the next thing I love about this place: usually when you arrive, you are escorted into a room with your kitties and they get time to decompress in a quiet space. You don’t hang out in the waiting room for even a minute! But what I love most (aside from the decor, the obvious love for cats, how quickly they answer any calls and emails, the lovely staff at the front desk and the cute cat decor…) is that they truly care for the cats and are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The vet always spends a lot of time with us, explaining everything and going in to detail about why she is doing things. They take the time to listen and will guide you so you can do what’s best for your kitties. Thank you for always taking care of us! 💚”

They usher you right into a room - less anxiety and stress for my Healer vs the waiting room with multiple animals. We travel a lot and our last Vet appt was in Reno, NV - we brought Zippy in for her updated vaccines and a few other goodies. “A great facility for elders! I was there taking my neighbor for an appointment, and what a beautiful facility with such friendly people. They have great little tables/areas for waiting on patients who are exercising or getting therapy, etc. So I like going with him (he is blind, I drive him every week) because its just a great friendly environment. Very clean. Very clean!!!! I mean, really, for the amount of people in and out of there, WOW. Just goes to show when people care, it impacts the environment too. Great place to go if you have an appointment here. I didnt even have an appointment here, but I felt compelled to leave a review because it is seriously such a nice little oasis of care!”

“I recently transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Safeway and the process was taken care of promptly with no issues. Prices with my SAME insurance were significantly cheaper! Some of them 1/3 the CVS price! I guess Safeway must contract with insurers to take a loss at the pharmacy inn order to get shoppers into the store? When I picked up my drugs I was waited on quickly and politely. At this early stage, I recommend them highly!”

“Five Stars all around to Cece the nighttime pharmacist at this 24 hour Walgreens! You are a lifesaver! I was about to leave for a trip in abroad 12 hours and realized I did not have enough of 2 medications that I take daily. After freaking out I decided to go in person and was very skeptical that it would have a positive outcome. She took the time to calmly and nicely assist me with no attitude, no pressure and then assured me she could get my medications filled in 15 mins. Honestly I usually have a negative experience when going to a Walgreens pharmacy whether it’s just busy, rude staff, cranky customers or messy stores. This location on a Thursday night around 11pm impressed me the most. It was clean, stocked, calm, staff was super nice and helpful. Again, Cece was the best, and I’ll come back to this location over my usual stop at Oaklawn and Cedar Springs. Thank you!”
