“I have to say, I very rarely write reviews but Alto is deserving of every bright five star. Alto came to my rescue today after FedEx lost my package of time sensitive medications from another pharmacy. It was hand delivered to my door by an Alto carrier. The app reflected a very accurate time window with real time updates as the driver got closer in the last half hour. When your medication is MIA it's stressful. I love that Alto doesn't pass off your medicine to a second party. I will be using Alto again and again. Thank your for this reliable and user-friendly service.”

“As an infusion supply provider for home health nursing, CSI has repeatedly provided consistent care and resources for patients. Pharmacist available for consult. Easy to work with, CSI will handle obtaining orders from the physician. Assist with obtaining orders for for the 'extras' to ensure patient outcomes, such as swab caps, 3M PICC/CVA dressings and fully stocked sterile dressing kits. Delivery for TPA and new medications are same day. CSI is my go-to for patients needing PICC or Mediport supplies in home for either routine maintenance or ATB needs, whether via pump, push or elastomeric ball. Easy reorders for patient convenience. I have utilized their services from 2015 to present.”

“Best pharmacy that I have ever had the privilege of visiting. Staff is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, approachable and really puts in the effort to accommodate. Small location, which suits my needs compared to the much larger and crowded pharmacies that aren’t really able to provide the attention to detail that is provided here. If anyone has had to deal with all of what comes with pretty much most pharmacies (long line, issues with communication or lack there of, ect.) This is the kind of service that everyone should receive and experience, without the worries of the examples mentioned above. Seena is absolutely great, and I highly recommend a visit”

In that case, this is the pharmacy for you. I visited this pharmacy today after I decided to leave the CVS pharmacy at Nordhoff & Balboa after more than 30 years. The reason I left CVS was the unprofessional and rude treatment I received from some of the staff. I came to Metro Pharmacy today, and I was greeted by the pharmacist and another lady. Both Emilya and Asya greeted me with smiles and helped me transfer all my prescriptions to this store. I was so pleased with their professionalism that as soon as I got home, I started writing this review. I seldom write a review unless the service is beyond my expectation, and today I received that kind of service. If you are tired of the attitude of the manager and employees of your pharmacy, this is the place to switch to.”

“This Walmart Pharmacy at Riverside ave, Rialto is truly the best. I really thankful dispite the short amount of time they make things done and able to provide my medicine. I've been checking all afternoon and talked to Venessa to see if my prescription already being send to this place to no avail. Finally got the confirmation 35 mins before they close and I run here right away to see such a line forming in front of the pick up window. Feeling so hopeless I just stay in line and finally being called by Jonathan and found out my medicine is not ready yet. He talked to Diana, the pharmacist in charged and she willingly prepare my prescription right away. I never leave any review for any pharmacy before, but staying in line and watching how they work so tirelessly try to help all customers before they close touch my heart. Please know that what you did matter. I really appreciate it. You guys are awesome!”
