“Amazing Service!! Originally I had called the Walgreens off of Hillsborough and Memorial as that is where my prescription was placed, they had extremely rude service. My doctor put through a prescription early December and on December 14th I got a messaged it was delayed. When I checked my order status on December 30th, the system said I had no orders pending. I called the Memorial location on January 3rd to ask if the order was still pending or not and the person I spoke to was not nice at all. They told me I could call around and ask other Walgreens if they had my medicine in stock but she “was too busy to do that” for me, that statement was said twice to me. So I went ahead and did her job for her and called this Walgreens off Hillsborough and Countryway and they looked in the system and found me 2 stores that have my medicine although they didn’t. That is customer service!! And it took the very nice representative less than 5 minutes to get me that info and give me phone numbers to each location!! Thanks so much for being kind and helpful!!”

“In the time of medicine shortages and what seems like impending pharmaceutical doom, this pharmacy never fails, and always does it with a smile. From Jonathan who happily answers every question to ensure I never have to go without medicine at a time it's not so uncommon to go without. To Krishna, who unfortunately is no longer there, calling every pharmacy in an hour radius to find my medication when it's out of stock. To the amazing pharmacist who spent 5 minutes doing conversions from U-40 to mL to help me find what syringes I needed for my diabetic cat during a syringe shortage, even though they couldn't provide them. Even when they can't provide, they never fail. To Walmart pharmacy, you make being chronically ill a little bit better. Thanks guys.”

“I've used this pharmacy for over 20 years. It's great. Some techs can be rude, but usually they are wonderful. After a two-year absence due to hospitalization, I called in desperate need of an insulin Rx. When I left a care facility after two years, they neglected to give me any insulin for immediate use upon departure. I called CVS and they said it would be a week, giving me multiple excuses. As a diabetic I couldn't wait a week. I called Bel Air Gold River pharmacy and explained my situation. The Tech talked to the pharmacy director, they said they'd work on it. I had my insulin Rx within two hours, picking it up around 7 p.m. that evening. They literally saved my life. They close at 7, but stayed a little over to allow me to pick up. They are quick to fill orders when I need them, and at times have given me small doses to tie me over until the regular Rx is done. They have been especially helpful during the pandemic. I trust them, something that's invaluable in a pharmacy.”

“One of the Seneca staff saved my miniature schnauzer Mellie when she got loose from the yard after the storms. This is why I switched vets. Seneca staff make it easy to schedule appointments, let me stay in the room with my girls while they were getting shots and blood drawn, and the vet techs spoiled my girls with pets to keep them calm. Dr. Brinks is very personable and gives me lots of detailed info and options for the care of my girls. Results from bloodwork came back super quick! I'm glad I made the switch to Seneca!”
