Their staff, supervisor, manager and delivery driver are all friendly, kind, caring, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, conscientious, thoughtful and professional. Unlike the big retailers, THIS pharmacy REALLY appreciates their customers and shows it too! They will DELIVER your medicines right to your local location. They will also adjust their delivery time (morning or afternoon if you let them know beforehand) in case you have to go to the doctor or wherever. This delivery service is a MAJOR benefit for us disabled senior citizens, who either aren't allowed to drive anymore due to physical or mental conditions or who simply cannot go out in cold, hot, rainy or inclement weather. In a world where most businesses no longer let you talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON on the phone, City Centre answers and will resolve any questions or problems you have about your prescriptions. Truly devoted customer service is sorely missing in this digital era, but City Centre Pharmacy understands it's the lifeblood of their company! They also are providers for both Medicaid & Medicare patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO LIVES IN THE AREA! “I do not understand all of the extremely negative reviews of the Walgreens in Carrollton, KY. I have visited several times this year, for scrips and other items, and my experiences were positive. The pharmacy staff has proven to be patient, informative, and courteous. The checkout staff up front are very friendly and super nice. Walgreens is a nice, clean store with great products. I often do some grocery shopping there to avoid Kroger. If customers are having great difficulty with a scrip, they should contact their provider to see if there is a holdup on that end. At times, my PCP staff was on lunch, so there was a bit of delay in faxing my scrip. A lady pharmacist once worked through her lunch to make sure she caught my scrip when it arrived. I love Walgreens Carrollton.”

“Excellent staff and pharmacy. Really nice and helpful. But your new card reader is a joke. I have a debit/credit card with tap and pay option. Your old tap and pay system I didn’t have to enter my pin. Now I do? What’s the point? I might as well use the chip reader option if I have to enter my pin. You see my point. It worthless and annoying. Please fix this. So far your the only tap machine I have to enter my pin as well. Hopefully someone cares enough to read this.”
