There was even one time when I was going out of town the same day and they filled my refill which normally would take 24 hours. This week I ordered a refill and for the first time ever, I paid to have it shipped. It was paid before 2pm and arrived the next day. For full disclosure I have to say that my otc nasal spray was missing from the pkg so I had to call about that but I was assured it would be shipped the next business day, Monday.
