As someone who has spent over two decades at a desk job and commuting, I thought it would take equal years to remedy my physical damage/weakness that was causing me significant pain and limitation of daily tasks. After only a few weeks at Ivy Rehab, I was surprised how much less pain I was in and regained the ability to do "normal" tasks again in a much shorter time than I ever expected. I have been seeing Loren at the Health Lab for a little over a year for what started as dry needling and treatment for chronic daily headaches and has progressed to monthly check-ins and treatments for running injuries in addition to various other aches and pains. Additionally, Loren played a key role in my post Dopey Challenge (48.6 miles of running over 4 days in WDW) recovery by identifying a form issue I was unaware I had and working with me to correct it and strengthen my overall walking/running form. Loren takes the time to listen to you and fully understand what's going on and formulates a plan to treat and/or alleviate the issue while also offering advice and tips to keep you active and build strength during the rehabilitation process.
