The CNA's provided the most often touch points, and we couldn't be happier with how they treated us. The facility is very clean and inviting and had such a warm atmosphere even amidst the COVID-19 chaos. The entire team, from reception to maintenance (yes, we had some requests which were attended to very quickly by the maintenance department), even the folks helping us with the medical records, was absolutely fantastic.
