“I have been calling on JNR Plumbing for several years now for all of my plumbing needs. Each time I call, someone always answers and sets me up quickly with a service technician. Last week, we discovered a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Norbert came over promptly and checked where the leak was coming from. After giving me a few options, we decided that the best and actually less expensive option was to replace the faucet. We went quickly shopping and found a faucet that we liked a lot. Norbert returned the next day and replaced the old leaky faucet with the new one. As he worked, Norbert was always so friendly and so easy to speak with. “I highly recommend IHandyman. I needed some grab bars for my elderly mother, they installed 3 grab bars that are working out great. I also had a security screen door that needed to be installed. It was done in no time. The two gentlemen that came out to install the security door also installed a window shade as a last minute request by me. They had no problem installing that as well. All the jobs they did they were efficient and competitively priced well. Definitely well worth it and to top it off both gentleman that came each time were very polite, and professional. I’ve already called them back again for another project to install a new toilet and they are willing to go pick up the toilet, deliver the toilet, install the toilet and get rid of the old toilet, for a very reasonable price. “I'm almost at a loss for words for how grateful I am that pipeworks was able to help me out in my time of need. I ran into a issue with my drain lines at the beginning of the year causing any use of water to back up into my bathtub making me unable to use any water in the house other than drinking water. I have three children with one of them being less than two weeks old at the time of service. I explained my situation to Jessica over the phone and she had two techs at my house within hours to resolve the issue. When the techs arrived, they were very efficient and professional in resolving the issue within about an hour. They even cleaned up all messes from the process!
