“After a camera inspection of my home’s drain lines, it was determined that the combination of cast iron and orangeburg pipe was expired as the pipe was 69 years old. Frequent main line back ups and slow drains everywhere in the house, it was time for replacement pipe. My main contact, Jonathan, put together a plan for a custom sewer line replacement for the entire home with the estimated completion time of a week. The crew was amazing, they were able to remove all of the old pipes in the wall without taking out too much of the drywall or masonry brick at the exterior of the home and most importantly not damaging any thing along the way. These gentlemen worked hard, most notably Daniel and Miguel. In one day they dug 3 4x4x4 holes and pulled the new pipe into place and had most of the plumbing reconnected and ready to use. They also installed 3 sanitary clean outs, so no more climbing the roof with a heavy auger to clear any drains. I was pleased that we were back up in running in less than a week and the only work left to do was mainly tidying up the loose ends. I am so happy to finally have drains that quickly move wastewater to the sewer for the first time since living in this home.”

They didn't call, so by business day 8 or 9, I called them. Nonetheless, they answered the phone after a few attempts and got me scheduled within 2 weeks. Despite the uneasy start, everything went perfectly. I paid for a permit to be pulled and was able to verify that they did, in fact, pull a permit.
