“Our water heater went out Tuesday. I started calling around for quotes. Tim from SG came over almost immediately. I was so surprised the response was so quick. He inspected the water heater and wrote a quote for a new one on the spot. I told him I had other quotes to get and he said to call him early in the morning if I wanted them to do the job and he would fit me in in the morning. His quote was the lowest so I called him at 8:00 a.m. the next morning to give them the job and Tim said they would be over in about an hour and a half. They came when he said.
