“Many thanks to the officers at this station. I fell victim to a minor hit and run yesterday. When I initially attempted to report it through the 6151 W. Washington station, I was met with an astonishing, "it happened on private property so we will not take a report." Something told me to keep trying, so I came to this location in person. Not only were they flabbergasted at the rude and incorrect response I got, they had an officer sent to me to do the accident report once and for all. Thanks y'all!”

“I locked myself out of my car the other night, and we were leaving the next morning to Niagara Falls so we called the Brunswick Police Department to see if they could help. I'm not completely sure if i got this officers name right, but Officer Johnson was the most kind and helpful officer I have ever met. We had a difficult time at first because of the position of my handle and unlock button, but he said he would keep trying til we got it open. We were just so surprised at how helpful this man was. We just wanted to write a review somewhere and praise this guy. When we get back from our trip we both agreed that we were going to go in and give a great review on this officer.”
