“My husband called and said he'd be late because he had a flat tire. When he got home he said the police stopped to help him. I was surprised but then he said, "Not the *** police, THE OTTERBEIN POLICE!" Oh! Now THAT made sense. Anyway, one of the parts had rusted and he was having difficulty getting the spare off but one of the officers got the tire off and then helped him change the tire. “Hard working friendly professional police department. Ray K. Westergard distributing pass keys to riff raff and "rough trade" prostitutes. Driving down property values at Watergate Condominiums in Emeryville, CA 94608 by intimidating homeowners. Only problem with the Emeryville Police Department is an incredibly high officer turnover rate. If you ever encounter one of their officers, it will probably be your last because they will be working at some other department 12 months from now. I don't know why because I think they are paid well. I dunno. But I have dealt with EPD for many decades and have never had any problems.”
