“Okay.... so first off you're going to think you're LOST, But the post office is actually inside the Natural Caverns main shop. You go over next to the dining area you will find a small window that has a post office sticker on it and a sign above it says "Office". The staff is extremely helpful but they only handle limited services. They handle mailing out cards, Flat Rate Boxes, packages that have already been stamped and labeled and you're able to purchase stamps.”

“I had two packages get delivered to the wrong mailbox last week. I reported it to the USPS website thinking nothing would really come of it, but they were important packages so I had to try something. Well, today the very next morning, I get a knock on my door, and it is the actual manager of the post office Rachel, with my packages in hand! She took the time to come out and investigate, found my packages (luckily the other person had left my packages in their mailbox) and hand delivered them to me at my house!!! She also took the time to explain they had a change in the mailbox markings and the day these were delivered it was another driver who normally doesn't deliver my route. So I can totally see how the incorrect delivery could happen, and it helped ease my mind to what was going on. She even took the time to let me know she relabeled our mailboxes so they are more clearly marked. Rachel is AMAZING!!!!! She really went so above and beyond to get me my packages, and I am so thankful for her stellar customer service!!”

“Well I love going to this post office! For many years I have had the pleasure of getting served by Diane. She is always there and has been patience, very efficient, helpful and kind! Then there is Tom. Full of good wishes, very helpful and really wants to give his customers great customer service. So ALL you crabby people out there you need to understand something. If you are in a rush that's not the time to go to the post office. Unfortunately the job requires detail and correct info into the computer so it may take awhile. Rest assured you will be taken care of in the same manner when it's your turn! Remember these employees have to bear the brunt of everyone who is having a bad day X's how many people walk into the post office in a day...pretty rough! So a little kindness goes a long way. So does patience! If you are having a bad day it's not your right to give it to the postal worker....maybe instead show a little consideration and maybe make someone else's day a little better. All the employees wear name tags so maybe you can get to know them by name and you might be surprise how little effort that takes while you are waiting! NOTE: For tone1myth2ad who refers to the "caucasian woman"..really? If she is your favorite why would you not take the time to at least get to know her name? Not refer to her race? After great service I would think a little respect would be earned for her.”

“While in the area for business, a group of four of us went to this place based on a "local's" recommendation. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DINING PLEASURE! We all tried the French Onion Soup - it's a must try... We had different entrees but all were large portions for the price. The steak medallions I had was a much larger order than I expected. They were perfectly prepared, and the beef was so tender. The baked potatoes were "real" and cooked through-and-through. Other side dishes were just as good. Couple this with a basket of homemade bread and a good selection of beer, mixed drinks, and other beverages and it was the best dinner I have had in a long time. The atmosphere is family friendly and the staff is exceptional. I just wish I lived closer to enjoy this place more often!”
