They went into detail and were knowledgeable about what preparation was needed for a thorough job --- I really appreciated this. They answered all my questions and the estimate was very reasonable. The Swift team worked extremely hard, were professional, were on time, and polite. Regina the project manager stopped by everyday to oversee the work progress.
