The move in process was very smooth (thank you Brianna for your help there!) and any questions or issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The apartments are clean and spacious and everything has gone well since I moved in 1.5 months ago. Like any apartment you might hear neighbors, street noise, or the brewery next door during the summer, but that's to be expected. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in this area.”

(They do process applications in a appropriate manner of time) They take about 2-3 days to give an answer, (They give a reason of the decision) they notified me that they didn’t even process my application because someone else who submitted an application ahead of time was approved, and (they do no take your money) they won’t charge the application fee if they won’t process it.”

We had two boats it was perfect fit. Location was incredible next to Adams cut close to mosquito banks. We did some great snorkeling, fishing and took a drive down to Key West.
