“I had a great time at this school. I am an eighth grade student now, and I still have very happy memories. It is where I met some of my best friends, even though I could only stay in touch with one. The teachers were great, although some weren't the nicest. I only went here from Kindergarten to third grade, and only because I was accepted into a GATE program at another school (thankfully, that one friend of mine was able to follow me there). I experienced some bullying, and I didn't react in the most mature of ways all the time, but it was still great.”

“Grandview R-II is a great small town school. The administration and teaching staff is phenomenal. Admin go above and beyond to help students receive all the support they need to be a successful person. Student/teacher ratio is about 20:1. Each student still gets the one on one attention they need in a classroom. The teachers will do anything for the students. Even 10 years after graduation, they'd be willing to help you. The class choices are broad for as small as the school is. The sports programs at Grandview have taken a dramatic change. Grandview's sports teams are becoming better and stronger each year. The community is supportive and great. The schools are pull of spirit!”
