“Good variety of sporting equipment. However the shelves, items aren't always neatly placed on the racks and looks a little messy/disorganized. Items are thrown over the racks, such as winter coats. The employees are nice and one gentleman that was working Saturday night, helped us unlock a winter coat to try on. He was very nice, prompt and followed up with us if we liked it. We found a better price on the manufacturer site and purchased there but appreciated his assistance.”

“My boyfriend and I went to Hayes Shoes today because he needed a new pair of work boots. He came in with a long list of needs and a only 2 preferences. He needed boots that are slick resistant, waterproof, fire resistant, oil resistant, and a safety toe. He also mentioned he did not want steel toe, he wanted taller lace ups, and he needs them in size 12 wide. To most stores this product would be hard to come by but within 5 minutes of us being in the store the saleswoman found him exactly what he wanted. It’s safe to say we didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in the store. Definitley recommend!”
