“Kudos to Bailey. I was in the store for quite sometime without being acknowledged. Other people who came in after me were greeted and offered helped before me. Most sale clerks were just hanging out and talking. I was frustrated and ready to leave when a young gal, Bailey, asked if I had been helped, she helped me and did a wonderful job. I have been a loyal consumer for several years and likey would not have returned if Bailey had not approached me when she did. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location. This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores.
