Take exit for Ave 24, head west, cross intersection and train tracks, then it's the next right, kinda narrow turn. Shipping is second gate on left. ::::Review was written WHILE in dock door. If Loading takes longer than 1 hour, I will update:::: UPDATE: Got my paperwork at about the 50 minute mark from check-in. They WILL call you and have you walk down pathway next to docks and enter facility to sign BOLs. Super friendly and punctual staff d(^_^)”

“Well, first off I have to say this was one of the best moves I’ve had in years! The whole process went smoothly and made the stressful time of moving between homes a lot easier on us. After getting booked their office had done a survey with us to make sure they came prepared on the day of the move, and man, were they! The packers they had sent were just wonderful, clearly people who have been at this for awhile and take pride in their hard work. the packing took a few days (we have a lot of stuff), but it went smooth overall. We had an issue with our original planned delivery date but the people at the office did their best to get a date we could work with, and the delivery went on without issue. Our son is moving soon we have already recommended these guys to him. I don’t usually take the time to write out reviews, but I take pride in my work, and I’m always in admiration when I see other people that have a similar work ethic and respect for us as their customers, which in turn leads me to respect them the same way.”

I started my reservation at the WT Harris location with Jesse the store manager who was awesome and very helpful but once I got to the location, I needed a bigger unit and Jesse referred me to their next location on Sharon Amity. Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space. Ms. Carol took care of the problem with such great customer service. I will like to thank them both for the seamless process for me💕”
