“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”

I would definitely recommend renting a unit from here and from now on I will only deal with Tiffany because no matter what my issue is I know that she has, and will, always do her best to help me figure out a solution. They took a multi-day move and got it done inside of 4 hours including an hour of drive time. Even worked with us on things like removing a door to get the washer and dryer downstairs.
