They made sure that the furniture and houses were kept safe and clean from any damage by bringing blankets to lay down and wrapped the furniture before carrying it out. Prior to the move we spoke with Allan multiple times about big furniture pieces and strategies we would use to get it out of the basement it was in. We are still talking about how easy they made the move for us. This was the 3rd time we went with this company and will recommend them to everyone we know!”

“This is the first time I ever stored with public storage and this location is fantastic especially the gentleman that helped me his name is Ryan, so if you ever want some help ask for Ryan because he was so gracious and really helpful. I am a little bit disabled right now, so I was having a really hard time and he found the perfect unit for me and was able to help me after many attempts elsewhere . I was trying to find something that would house my precious items in a climate controlled smaller unit close to the elevator. The storage facility is clean, secure they have cameras everywhere and it’s quick and easy and it’s not a lot hassle and it was really a great deal it was even 50% off for the first month. I say if you are in the North Hollywood area and you need a good clean, safe storage space and a really great group of people that will help you, especially Ryan. I said come to the public storage on Rayner and you will not be disappointed.”
