“Fantastic service, my calls were always answered either with location representative or an answering service, I always received timely responses and results. No issues with the payment process either. The location was very clean and well ventilated. The only problem I had was my unit in particular, a 10x30 unit, 1018, had an open top and that meant after a year all my stuff was very dusty. Moving that stuff into a perfectly clean, dust free condo meant cleaning it all off before putting it in the truck. That said I think mine was the only open top unit. Other than that I have no complaints. Absolutely recommend!”

“Not the worst place I've ever been, but it took over 4 hours to get unloaded and they changed my arrival time on the paperwork which isn't an honest way to do business. They seemed nice enough, but they had issues finding a place for one of the pallets. The place is packed inside. I guess they might have ordered more than they had room for inside. Bring a safety vest. When you arrive receiving is on the right and shipping is on the left. The sign on the street might be confusing for some folks. Deliveries go all the way right until the road ends at their gate. If delivering there might be a security guard, but today there was just a note saying there was no guard and the receiving office was down at door M22, by the blue outhouse. You'll drop your trailer and find a parking spot. There's actually a 7-11 truck stop that you can wait at next door. Its close enough that you can slow roll without setting off your clock. We went and got fuel at the Pilot 10 miles away, so it wasn't a complete waste of time waiting.”

However, the upper half of property is the storage facility. It's decent compared to many I've seen. Fairly priced and secure. Owner is kind and willing to work with customers on an "individuals needs" basis. Overall, it's an ideal option.”

“I love the facility, it’s quiet, I was able to tie my dog to the truck while I spent 4 hours unloading my stuff - the place was well lit and secure, I felt very safe. I rented my unit last minute online, the office ended up being closed that day but I received a call from someone filling in for the day, she got me the gate password code set up right away. They invite the driver in for a warm meal, waiting room for drivers and employees, restroom (during service hours), and best part is on site parking. “I recently moved internationally, and Jordan River Moving was who my international shipping company (International Sea & Air Shipping—would recommend!) contracted with to do the last leg of the US-side of my journey. Jordan River’s folks were so friendly and did such a great job. They showed up on time with a full truck of moving supplies and worked all day on preparing customs documentation, checking my pre-packed boxes, packing last-minute items and my large furniture, and hauling everything down a too-long apartment complex hallway (and elevator!) to load it into the shipping container. I did pack nearly all of my boxes for this big move, so I can’t speak too much about Jordan River’s box-packing, but the mirrors, monitors, fragile OLED TV, and all my larger furniture that they packed arrived in Australia without any damage, which is truly impressive. (I laughed when even a few random IKEA items made it in one piece.) Their packing method was to use many layers of brown paper, lots of tape to keep the shape/form of everything, and, when necessary, pallet shrink wrap. They also did an excellent job on my customs documentation. I provided them with packing details for the boxes I packed, but they still handled making it all official. Australia has notoriously strict biosecurity laws, but between Jordan River’s documentation work and all our packing combined, customs didn’t give me any grief about anything unexpected. All of my items made it through quarantine without additional charges. All told, I would definitely recommend Jordan River! If they can handle an international challenge, I imagine they can handle a local or larger domestic one. I felt like they cared a lot about the work they did.”
