All the way from the move-in to the move-out, was the best I have ever been to. Out of all the locations anywhere nearby -I totally recommend the Woodstock Roswell area. You could not be in better hands with the chain of command here. They are amazing people ready to help no matter what in any way they can. All the way from the property manager, district manager, up to the Regional. I have personally dealt with them all and could not deal with more outstanding people, compared to anywhere else. “This place was by far the best place I've delivered too. Easy check in, lots of onsite parking, plenty of room to maneuver around. Easy lumper payment through relay, and they had my paperwork done fast. Can't ask for much more. I arrived at 3am, checked in at 4am when they opened, and was unloaded with paperwork in hand by 5:20am, my appointment wasn't until 7:30am.”

“Moved from Portland, OR down to Southern CA with the help of West Coast Moving. A friend of mine had booked them to move their grand piano across town and were so impressed with them that she booked them to move the rest of her home items. They came highly recommended to me so I booked a consult on short notice and Jeromy arrived on even shorter notice and was so friendly and kind and responsive throughout our consult and with the follow up communication. On moving day, Daniel, Anthony,Keenan and Royer were polite, careful with our home to not dent or scratch surfaces, and protected our furniture pieces by wrapping them well. We appreciated their clarifying questions about what pieces we wanted to load, and were happy to load last minute items- and were truly pleasant throughout the whole process ! Having hard working , pleasant and experienced movers really put me at ease in knowing our items were being loaded well and that we could expect a smooth unloading at the destination with this team. We met two of the movers, Daniel and Anthony at our destination a few days later. They arrived on time , energized, professional yet warm, and ready to unload our jam packed 26’ truck. They worked very efficiently and very well together. They were so great to ask questions and ensure that items were being unloaded at the right part of the house. This was ultimately incredibly helpful with my own unpacking and the need to move around boxes to the right place. They handled our items with care . Daniel and Anthony were honestly so pleasant to be around and they kept a great pace throughout the move, that I felt motivated to unpack my boxes and be productive too. It was so nice to not have any major surprises when unpacking, and to see that most everything had arrived in the same condition as when we packed them. “I was dispatched to Roberts warehousing to pick up my back all and I got there about 20 hours before my appointment. When I checked in I explain to them that I was a day early and they were okay with it as long as they could verify that they had all the product and it was being pulled for my shipment. I hung around until about 1900 that evening because my 14-hour clock was about to expire and I didn't feel like spending the night on their property, which they allow. So I told them I'll be back in early in the morning at 7 and we will try again. Got there at 7 on the nose everything was copacetic and they had me loaded out and rolling by 8:30. That still put me six hours ahead of schedule from where I was at so I was still happy. would have liked to have the extra hours cuz I could have spent them at home but, you make do with what's given to you. So for me to show up a day early for those guys to be all right with it and for me to leave come back and still get loaded out early I give Roberts warehousing a 9 out of 10 for professionalism. And I wish I can remember the young lady's name in The Shipping Office that has to Bear all that heat because they're too cheap to get her a window units AC or something to keep it cooler in that little tiny room but she gets a 10 out of 10 for humility for doing such a great job and I Warehouse full of men working under pretty stressful situations in the heat. I know she wasn't happy but she didn't let anyone else know that. Good job!”

“We were delayed due to a flat tire on the way to our appointment. We arrived about a half hour late, and they still honored our delivery schedule. The docking area is huge and has easy docks to get into as long as there are no trucks next to you. Otherwise, having to open trailer doors makes docking a bit tight. There is one bathroom located inside the shipping/receiving office. Total time in the door was one hour.”
