“Very customer-oriented company. They did everything possible to meet my requirements for product and delivery. Other container companies sell boxes as-is and almost all used boxes are sold with rust around the door seals. At TSC, though, they put in the work to remove the rust and treat it with a rust inhibitor! They make sure the doors open, close and latch with minimum effort. They're old-fashioned customer service reminded me of the scene in "Back to the Future" where Marty sees the service at a gas station and couldn't believe his eyes. Liz and her team treated me that well and I was far from the highest paying customer. I write reviews often and I haven't written a "glowing" review before.”

It's been almost 2 years and I'm still renting a unit. I have NO complaints about this facility. It's affordable, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location and access hours are very convenient for me. My work schedule fluctuates but I'm able to drop off things or pick up things at my unit going to or from work. The payment operations are wonderful! I prefer email receipts. Whether I pay in person or on the phone, my receipt is always emailed to me the same day. I love that!
