“I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated at the William Street Miracle Ear in Cheektowaga. I first spoke with Marie, the front office assistant. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!”

“We arrived about 35 minutes early of departure time. Our train was 30 min late, but I’m sure that’s normal. The train station was open at 6:00 am when we got there. They have coffee and souvenirs to buy. Clean restroom. I couldn’t connect to wifi at the station. Our son thought it was very cool to see an old station replica like this one. We had to walk a few steps over to the old train hut to board the train. Parking lot has other cars parked overnight and you can tell that the business has picked up at this stop.”
