It was an easy check-in/check out with thoughtful attention from the owner early in our stay to make sure all was in order. Our favorite part of our stay was the great location with immediate ocean front access. The view from the 5th floor cannot be beat, especially spectacular sunsets and evening ocean waves. “We booked a "Christmas Lights Tour" for a few days before Christmas, but the weather (specifically wind and cold) forced them to reschedule for the day after Christmas. Great move, as there were still plenty of lights up. Eli was a fantastic pilot and very personable. The helicopter was much more stable, quiet and warm than I was expecting. No fear whatsoever! We flew up to 115 miles an hour to get to the good stuff; Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Seven Falls, and even OUR OWN HOUSE! Highly recommended and well worth it! Maybe we'll try the Royal Gorge next time!”

I think that Rocky Branch Stables truly engages the student with their riding, along with their knowledge. If something happens, then Lesa will take care of it, and teach us about it along the way. (Which I really like!) You also get to ride multiple horses as you progress, which gives you one of the true equestrian experiences. “I was in contact with Blue Ocean Villas for the first time in 2013 when I decided I wanted to explore the beauty of St Martin on my own terms.. I was responded to by Sonja immediately and began planning my first villa rental. I was greeted at the car rental company by our guide Cindy who we followed to the villa and explained all procedures. I chose Moondance as my first Villa by Sonja's recommendation and it was awesome right down to the night the power went out on Island. Due to the thorough instructions I received I contacted my house keeper who went above and beyond to explain about black outs and the effect it has on the island after a storm( it lasted 15 mins). My second rental in May 2014 I wanted a great view of the ocean and Sonja recommended Villa Leones, the pictures of 2013 of the villa were okay and was assured I would enjoy it. I again was greeted by Cindy and was lead to the villa. To much of my surprise the villa was redone by owner and it was fantastic. The owner updated his pictures in 2014 after my stay. I got a sense of family value from Sonja and an in-depth explanation of any and all concerns. Sonja also gave me some great restaurants on both Dutch and French side of the Island. I'm Looking forward to planing my 2015 trip with her and may venture to another island. I feel she went out of her way with customer service and has had my best interest in mind. I recommend Blue Ocean Villas for any and all villa rentals.”

If you arrive at night, the solar lights in the front yard light your way into a whimsical fairytale. You will also find a variety of teas and hot coco, hot apple cider, and oatmeal packages. Several sugar/creamer/honey options an electric kettle, 4 slice toaster, toaster oven/air fryer, waffle maker and so much more! Moving into the kitchen, you will find all the dishes/utensils, pots pans and baking dishes you will even need. Also including kids plates and cups, and wine glasses. There is a full stove/oven, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, Britta water filter, and even several snacks that they leave for the guests! The first bedroom you come to is very cozy with a full size luxury plush full bed with a twin size Trundle bed underneath.
