“I cant recommend Betz enough. They listen to me as I explain problems, behaviors, etc understanding that I love and care for my dogs and want the best for them. Their entire staff were so kind when I had to take Jake in a month ago to say goodbye to him after 17 years. Lucky has allergies, when I transferred her from her old vet, they listened, didn't demand more tests, as it's an ongoing condition (resulting in more $$), and acknowledged the info I gave them. She didn't have an interruption from what is working for her skin. They greet pets and owners as if every appointment is a family member and they want to know you and your pet. They understand pets are family. I trust them to have my furry family member best interests at heart.”

“I cannot say enough about PAH & especially Dr Crowe. Dr Crowe is so very patient & kind & treats my dogs like her own. My girl is a rescue that came to me with some trauma history. She has severe separation anxiety from me & in the 6 years I've had her has made leaps & bounds with her overall anxiety. However, vet appointments are scary for her & combined with the dramatic husky in her, vet appointments can result in a little drama. I always have to bring both pups into appointments together even if it's only one being seen because they don't like to be apart. Dr Crowe is just so very patient & thorough. She has detected things other vets never did. She cares for animals & is genuine. And even when my pup initially wants nothing to do with her & tries to avoid an exam, Dr Crowe is caring & understands. She even praises her for being a good girl. I can't imagine life without my duo and am thankful they have a vet that is so attentive & loving. I trust her & know they're always in great hands & that she will do everything to ensure they are healthy & live the longest life possible. My pups are my world! And I am grateful we found a vet that is so compassionate. After the scary vet appointment, my pups got a pupcup and all is better and they're living their best life. My girl will always be a little dramatic, that's just her. But she and all her dramatics are what make her her. And I wouldn't have it any other way! My pups make my life so much better in every way! And it's people like Dr Crowe that make a difference in this world. She (my dog) may be a drama queen, but that's just one of the things I love about her. It's ok to call her dramatic. “We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”
