The Marana Senior Program, 16 in attendance, was invited to attend the Luau. amazing experience, food was delicious, entertainment beyond, the facility was decorated in full Luau and the team at Watermark was beyond accommodating. Thank you for sharing this with us.

I'm so thankful for everyone at The Watermark. As soon as I walked in for my tour I was blown away by the atmosphere: immaculately clean surroundings, friendly staff interacting with residents (by name), and happy people everywhere! So many residents were socializing, lounging, or taking advantage of amenities, which are plentiful. There is plenty of room to roam, but the facility isn't so big that it's overwhelming. The food is excellent, and meal times are flexible. There's always snacks out, too! Thoughtful little touches like that make it feel more like home.

Leslie was instrumental in helping us over some unforseen hurdles and making sure my dad had a safe place to go after he was released from skilled nursing. During move-in, Tony was there to help with everything, including entertaining my kids while I set up my dad's room. He's even available to help my dad with his phone and occasional tech issues. Marisol has been so helpful and communicative in working out issues with my dad's meds and care plan. The whole staff is kind, supportive, and watchful.

I whole-heartedly recommend The Watermark for assisted living. I can rest much easier knowing that he's in a safe place getting assistance from people who actually care and interact with him daily.

We looked into the Watermark 2 years ago for my grandmother and at that time assisted living wasn’t what she was needing. However when it was time she was needing the extra care we knew EXACTLY where to go! The facility is CLEAN and beautiful! It felt like HOME immediately! I was truly amazed by the staff members at the Watermark at Continental Ranch! There was a staff member acknowledging us wherever we were. It felt comforting knowing she was never going to be alone and that she would have someone near whenever she was! Thank you to the Watermark at Continental Ranch for giving us the peace of mind we needed. Huge thank you to Patty, Leslie, Tony and Monica for making this a smooth transition for both grandma and our family!

Elderly care is a very challenging business and most providers struggle to satisfy both residents and their adult children.

That is not the case with Watermark at Continental Ranch! We placed my 93 year old mother at Watermark in February of 2022. Myself and my three siblings are absolutely amazed at how wonderfully Watermark at Continental Ranch is operated.

ALL of the staff are amazing whether it be managers, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, or the healthcare team members. I have two brothers that live close by and visit regularly. The facility is clean, the meals are healthy and tasty. and my mother is cared for as if they were her own family.

We have no recommendations we could make to the management team there for improvement. I and our entire family would strongly recommend that anyone needing Assistance Living or Memory Care services go visit for themselves. You will also be impressed as our family is! Well done Watermark Team!

My family and I cannot begin to express how appreciative we are to everyone at Watermark. My Father’s transition could not have been easier. Thanks to everyone especially Leslie, Tony, Jerome, Anne, Monica, Lydia, Peggy, Cathy and so many more and unfortunately can’t remember all their names. The apartments are well laid out and comfortable. The dining room and food are resort quality and the staff serving are attentive, kind and extremely helpful/respectful. The housecleaning staff does an exceptional job of keeping my dad’s apartment and clothing clean and tidy. The nurses and patient care techs make sure that all of my dad’s medical needs are met. Don’t look any further if you have a loved one needing assisted living you won’t regret it.
