Janet and the crew have been completely wonderful to me during hardships, I feel very safe here and the area is better than any I have ever experienced. You get a great deal for your rent payment here! The renovated office comes with new features like a gym and mail room which have seriously changed the game! Living near shopping, grocery stores and police/fire stations is a HUGE benefit!! Dont skip out here!!

The management is good, the maintenance is prompt, and it takes about two minutes to walk to the ice cream isle of Whole Foods.

I loved living in this apartment and definitely recommend this complex. You can't beat the location- walking distance to stores and an overall safe area. Janet, the building manager, is also very nice and helpful.

I visited the property today and was greeted by Janet the manager. She was very helpful. She didn't have any availability for a June move in, she invited me to walk the property. Their office is under construction for renovations. She is very excited about the upcoming fitness and office space. I will have to keep this property on my list of must haves. Maybe I can move in at a later date when I'm ready to move again.

I called to inquire about a 1 bedroom and availability at the complex. Janet stepped above and beyond and helped to gather information and to contact sister properties with availabilities. Being newer to the area, it is extremely appreciated and an absolute wonderful experience.
