Before calling Junk-King, I spent a good deal of time researching like-companies, reading reviews, and comparing prices. There was no comparison, so I called and obtained a quick response to my need for the removal of an old refrigerator from my basement.
I was able to schedule a mutually convenient time and the three-man crew arrived when scheduled, called beforehand and went to work.
They did a great job. They were professional, polite, responsive to my request and removed the old appliance in a timely fashion.
I would not hesitate to use this company again. I specifically want to thank Cam, as well as his helpers Zo and Josh. This is a great company to work with.

Cassandra was very good at communicating via text about my appointment. Which was extremely helpful because I have a demanding job and unable to make phone calls. Josh was very professional calling and texting me about his arrival time and with the discussion of the cost. Pick up was done without me there which was very convenient and helpful. Every single time I have called Gary to help me out – and once was after a disastrous flood – he has come out. He is prompt, courteous, reliable and, most importantly, knows his stuff. He is an honest plumber and those are hard to find. His work is stellar, he answers all of my questions, and there is great value for the money. I highly recommend him without hesitation.
