Great experience with waterbee! Becky was super helpful with all the questions we had especially this being our first hot tub! Delivery was a great experience also very helpful!

Everytime I've came to this store the people go over and above to help me out. First time pool and spa owner and they actually seem to wanna help me. Much appreciate the amazing customer support, something that's becoming rare these days.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But I have yet to frame a photo that expresses how much our Waterbee swim spa has enriched our lives. … We are now heading into our fourth season of ownership. From brisk morning workouts to post-dinner soaks (with beverages), we have incorporated our swim spa into our daily routine. It has also expanded our ability to entertain family and friends, which is what life is all about. Thank you, Waterbee, for the efficient installation and providing guidance about water chemistry. Maintenance has not burdened us, whatsoever. Our experience so far has been virtually problem-free.
