Essex Optometric Clinic

I have been going here for many years and I love their service. Dr. Wilber is amazing and very professional. His staff is very sweet and they always help me pick out the perfect frame.

I have had many appointments at Dr.Wilbee’s Essex office and every one of them has been a positive experience. From the moment I walk in the door I am welcomed with warm and happy smiles from the Jenn’s at the front desk. There are 3 of them! They are so friendly and knowledgeable.They go out of their way to help me whether it be submitting to my insurance or helping me pick out the perfect pair of prescription glasses. They aim to please. As far as Dr. Wilbee, he has been nothing short of amazing. He truly is the ultimate professional and goes above and beyond to make sure my family is cared for. He has come into the office on a weekend on short notice. In fact, within 20 minutes of my call when my son had a piece of wood in his eye. Dr.Wilbee actually used a pair of tweezers to pluck the small piece of wood out of his eye and on the first attempt!! I was truly impressed with his level of care and compassion. I highly recommend him if you are in need of an optometrist. You will not be disappointed! In fact just today, we had another eye emergency when my oldest son was injured at work. Dr. Wilbee was leaving for the day to be at another appointment and once again put my son’s needs first and saw him right away. He is a true gem!! My family and I are so grateful to have such a wonderful eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Wilbee!!
