My first time to use dog wash in this location. A staff with long blond hair with glasses was super friendly and kind. She explained how to use bath station with different shampoos and blow dryer.
Water temp and pressure were perfect for wash my fluffy bichon mix. All equipments were functioning well.
There was no time limitation so I could dry my dog completely without any time pressure.
A tip: you bring your own empty bottle for diluting their shampoo for better rinse by water (the shampoo they provided was very thick), and your own brush for fluffing dogs hair during or after drying.
Highly recommend this place!
