Howe Fit

I've only been working with Howe Fit for a short amount of time, but am loving my experience so far! I joined the Howe Fit at Home online community back in May for a Shred for Summer program and it has been one of the best choices I have made. I had a meal plan custom created for me and my trainer was flexible in making changes whenever I needed them. There are a variety of live classes daily as well as recorded options to choose from to help fit your schedule. Amy and the other trainers online create classes that are challenging, fun, and accommodate a variety of fitness levels. There is something for everyone!

I have only joined recently but it was because my son (who has been taking their Kids Bootcamp for almost 2 years) and close friends that recommended this gym that I joined. I am so glad I did. The online classes are so easy to follow and they provide lots of extra information so you understand why and what you are doing. Great instructors and great online community members. Sign up! You wont regret it :)

Howe Fit truly is my happy place! I get to work out all the crazy and clear my head while getting a great workout in! All the trainers are amazing at what they do and the classes are geared to all levels of fitness and you will be a sweaty mess when done. Even the desk staff are knowledgeable in the products sold and provide a friendly welcome on each visit! I have met some amazing friends here who truly care about you and want you to succeed. No matter what your goal is Amy and her staff will be able to help guide you to achieving that goal! I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with Howe Fit!!

Beautiful facility. Great staff. Variety of classes available at every level. Lots of products available. Very supportive and positive environment.
