I was very happy with the service I received from Ruthven Auto Towing and Repairs. Several nights ago while driving home on Hwy 3 after shopping in Windsor, my back tire blew out and I was stranded on the shoulder of the road in the dark. I called Ruthven Auto Repair and spoke with Tina, who was pleasant and proffesional and I received prompt service from Roger the tow truck operator. He had a difficult time removing the spare as it was rusted in place, and the flat tire was also difficult to remove. However, he persisted, was proffesional and friendly, and with a lot of effort was able to put the spare on. The price for the service was very reasonable.

Got some machines delivered today in a enclosed trailer and didn't have a way of pulling them out so we could come in from the side with a forklift so called them up within 15 mins they had a guy onsite.. ( Great guy an very nice attitude I forget his name or I'd add it) he pulled them all out individually onto his tilt bed and it worked great! Recommend you to anyone.

5 years ago I had a problem with the exhaust system in my Ford Escape. I took it to some other mechanics and they thought it was the transmission and the fix was going to be big bucks. Soon after, I heard about Ruthven Auto and was told to go there for another opinion. So I did. Not only did they properly diagnose the problem, but also fixed it and saved me a tonne of money because of it. So now I recommend them to everybody. I even sent my parents there when they were having a problem with their vehicle and they were very impressed with the service and the knowledge and the pricing as well. Anyways, it's been 5 years and other than regular maintenance, I did have to bring it in again recently because of another problem. Needless to say, the service was great as always and that is why I write the review.
