Met Dr Ali today for the first time. I had an urgent dental matter and he agreed to meet me at his clinic. (I was not a client and they were not open) I can’t believe the level of service I received. From the front desk and Allison and to Dr Ali my heartfelt gratitude for your looking after me today. I will be a client for life at this dentist! Bravo, excellent customer service lives on at this dental clinic and excellent care was received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 10/10!

This office is very, very friendly and family orientated. Exceptional service, going above and beyond. Having anxiety and panic disorder, I never once felt that here. They made the experience pleasant. I was told everything before it happened and was set at ease. Same with my 15 ur old son, they treated him like one of their own. Honestly best experience ever. I had a last minute emergency for a filling coming out and had really and pain. No dentist would take me on a Friday due to being off understandably especially with long weekend. Thank god for Dr Ali! He came in on his day off to help me. I feel a 100x better than before. Best service and best care I've ever received. You're not just another patient he treats you like family!

Emeryville Family Dental has been nothing but absolutely amazing to my family. We came to them with lots of issues with my husbands teeth. They took great care of him and made us feel like family. He’s no longer scared to go to the dentist. Dr Ali and Dr Pete are by far the best dentist 🦷 we have ever had. From there assistants to their front desk ladies I highly recommend.
