Kris is a wonderful person to work with. Me and my husband were in a different country when we decided to get our first house. Kris is a wonderful realtor to work with. His level of professionalism goes beyond just assisting in getting a house. I remember sometime we went for a viewing and immediately he saw the environment he said guys "let's go, we are not viewing this house". He doesn't like the area/environment despite the fact that the inner part of the house was looking so nice in the pictures. If it is not good enough for Kris and his family then it is not good for you and your family. Kris does not just do showing as he's showing he's equally doing inspection.
