Staff at this office are absolutely fantastic. Kate Shaw, one of the physiotherapist at this office, is an experienced professional and is very welcoming and warm towards her clients. This is a great neighbourhood clinic in Tecumseh.

Several weeks ago following a residential move i developed an acute case of tennis elbow combined with possible phlebitis in the right (prominent) elbow and arm. Being the right arm it was very debilitating. I was referred to Lifemark by an in home therapist for more intense treatments using ultrasound combined with progressive exercises. I was impressed with the facilities cleanliness and organization. Staff, both at reception and through all aspects of the facility, were pleasant, thoughtful and efficient. The care and expertise of my therapist Somali was greatly appreciated as we worked to develop a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I was in a really bad car accident and was sent here by my Insurance Company... the facility is very clean, organized and has a lot to offer in ways of therapy/treatment. Everyone is so kind, caring, helpful, understanding, patient, friendly and knowledgeable... they work as a team to make your treatment what you need specifically..which is really nice. Alex and Tina at the front desk are amazing, Alex works really hard to make your scheduled appointments not overwhelming for you and both the ladies do whatever they can to make the process easier and not so stressful. Very welcoming once you arrive and friendly over the phone. Heidi my massage therapist is one of a kind...I've been suffering from severe headaches since the accident and she is extremely skilled at what she does, keeps you comfortable and is constantly working to improve her techniques. Justine my Occupational Therapist is exceptional ....she always reminds me to email her if I need any assistance between our sessions. She is also very skilled at her job and is so nice to talk to... she has given me a lot of ways to cope with the added anxiety I've been having, sleep disturbances, concussion brain... the fear of being in a car, driving a car again and much more. She even allows us to do virtual visits if it makes me more comfortable. Sonali and Renee have been helping me work through my finger dislocation, back injury..neck pain and concussion. Renee is always so friendly and helpful in giving me tools to use at home, not just at the clinic. She works so hard and is a joy to be around. Sonali is the one who first assessed me and has been by my side through out the journey, although I am not there yet, she has taught me this is temporary and I may not feel like myself right now, that things will get better. That reassurance has helped me to keep pushing myself. She is also very hardworking and genuinely cares for her clients. I appreciate everything Lifemark has done for me thus far and would recommend them to anyone whose looking for compassion and care after a car accident.

In that last six weeks I have developed Bell's Palsy twice which has been scary and stressful for me. I have received incredible care at Lifemark. Merle, a PT, was paramount in getting me started with ultrasound and Sonali, another PT, has been a huge advocate for me in reaching out to my physician for further diagnostic testing to explore the underlying cause of this. I am eager to get started with them for further treatments including acupuncture and electric stimulation. Heidi, a massage therapist, was forthcoming in that she had little experience in treating the impairment but was diligent in researching the condition and treatment recommendations prior to my first service in order to ensure my treatment was evidence based and would not cause further harm. They have all been thorough in providing me with teaching so that I can complete a home exercise and facial massage program in order to increase my chances of full recovery and I am truly grateful for everything. The rest of the staff have been friendly and efficient and I am very happy to be receiving treatment here.

My experience was a great one. Sonali was very nice. She helped me through my exercises I needed to get me on the right path of recovery. She let me exercise at home by sending me the exercises online. They were very easy to access after I downloaded their app. Everyone there was very friendly and it was very clean. I would highly recommend going here .
