Our storage unit was clean, easy to access and safe. Staff was great to work with and setting up the rental was easy. Highly recommend.
As advertised - good location, well cared for, the right size. People answering the phone were helpful. The fifth star is for Angela at the front desk; my move went badly and she was so helpful when I arrived there. Little things like handing me a bottle of water on the hot day, calling me when a family member arrived at the gate to help unload, etc. I highly recommend the location.
Fast and amazing service. We needed a bin in a hurry and after calling AB at the toll free number ( sorry I can’t remember his name but have initials) he had the basics done and email contact from the local storage within 10 minutes. They also offer 4 weeks free and as we only need the unit for a short term it was a deal that was almost too good to be true. I went to local facility to finalize and Angela was terrific. I was set up with the unit within minutes and even when she had to redo the paperwork as I changed my mind on unit size, she did it with a smile . It was less than an hour from when I first called the toll free number to when we had access to the unit. I totally recommend Access storage. Can’t think of anything they could have done better
