A contractor for the Windsor Utilities Water Division had replaced new water line on my Street. We were told that we had Lead water pipes going to our home seeing that it is a older home and it would be advisable to replace them as Lead water pipes are Hazardous to our health. I called a couple of Contractors, one never responded and the other did later. I ended up calling Pannunzio Drainage for a quote and a person came the next day. He gave me a price and it seemed to be reasonable so I signed the deal to have the Lead water line replaced. They came a few weeks later to do the job and were professional about what they did by putting down carpet runner as to not dirty my home where they were walking in to work. They worked straight through till the job was done and cleaned up when they were done and left the work area in nice condition after digging a big hole in the ground. They were pleasant and I was pleased with the job they did and how they left it when done. I would definitely use them again if I needed someone.

I wanted to replace the lead pipe running from my main water supply to the city connection before the city poured the new concrete on my driveway. I called Pannunzio and left a message requesting a quote. Owner returned my call on a SUNDAY! I was very impressed. The owner was at my house and provided a written quote same day. Owner understood it was a TIME SENSITIVE project. He provided quote, coordinated with city contractor, obtained the permit and completed the job all within 6 days of initial contact. He kept me updated every step of the way. Great communication. Was here at the house when he said he would be, mats used to protect my carpet, cleaned up well.

We had a sewer backup in a new house that we had just bought. After hearing so many positive reviews about Marco we decided to give him a call.

Upon arriving, Marco gave our property a complete inspection, located the problem in a timely manner. Marco gave up three options to fix with proper estimates. We chose to have out sewer line replaced, sump pump, and back water valve installed. Marco was quick to help us out with all the permits and rebates through the city.

Pannunzio Drainage are incredibly professional, courteous, and detailed! When they installed our sump-pump, backwater valve, and drainage connection, they thought ahead with their design to prepare us for future renovations. They thoughtfully moved our previous installation closer to our home, and even corrected the landscape of our lawn (which was a mess left by a previous contractor) after finishing their work. We could not be happier! And cheaper than most competitors!
