It's rare for me to be compelled to offer a review. The TJ's team continues to deliver professional grade in their knowledge and diagnostic approach to resolving anomalies in vehicle performance. My Traverse threw me into a state of confusion when an ABS fault initiated together with all cylinders misfiring. There was also code P0008, which basically means open heart surgery to drop the engine and replace timing chains.

Dean demonstrated patience and a methodical approach. He demonstrated that the ABS failure triggered misfiring, an OEM condition unknown to the layman.

We've had a long working relationship. That will continue as long as there is a TJ's Team.
