I've been working near this Tim Hortons for quite a while now, and I've come to rely on it for my breaks, lunches, and breakfasts. The convenience of having this Tim Hortons close by has been a lifesaver during busy workdays. Overall, I've had a positive experience, thanks to the generally friendly and inviting environment, as well as the attentive staff.
The majority of the staff at this Tim Hortons are exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's always nice to step in and be greeted by familiar faces, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
However, there has been a slight hiccup that has been bothering me lately. There is a new staff member, I believe her name is Laydia or Ladia, who has not been providing the same level of friendliness and efficiency as the rest of the team. I understand that everyone needs time to adapt to their new role, but unfortunately, my interactions with her have left a lot to be desired.
The main issue is her approach to taking orders and the time it takes for her to prepare them. On several occasions, she has taken orders in a less-than-friendly manner, and the time it takes for her to prepare the order seems much longer than usual. What's more concerning is that she has consistently missed my order, which can be quite frustrating, especially when I'm on a tight schedule during my break. Mistakes happen, but having the same issue repeatedly raises concerns about the level of attention to detail and customer service.
I truly hope that the management of this Tim Hortons takes note of this issue and addresses it promptly.
