This was my first time in this UPS site. All the staff were very friendly to customers & delivery workers who came in. The owner waited on me & she went above & beyond helping me with a time sensitive issue. When I went to pay she discounted my bill & didn't charge for an extra copy. It's nice to catch alittle break & shown kindness during these trying times . I'll definitely be back & highly recommended this store !!

Amazing service from Jag who delicately wrapped my package and made sure I got the best deal. I was served with kindness and an abundance of positivity. Jag personally took my parcel to the truck to make sure it went out into today’s deliveries. His daughter(Purvi) and Jag were a good pair because it was a very busy day getting things to places quickly....they knocked it out of the park! I recommend this location to anyone! These two made my day with their swift service and amazing personality.

Store #26 Windsor, Tecumseh Rd E. They are amazing. They shipped a guitar and a snowboard to the states. My financee and I have been separated for months. He had to go back for work. I wanted to surprise my guy, and they helped me. During a time of chaos, they made my day. They took so much time and care to make sure the items shipped safely. I'll go back again for sure!!!
