(April 25, 2021, 11:27 pm)Made an order today for an arrangement that was not delivered today as agreed upon. No communication as to why and now my plans for a romantic evening with my wife have been ruined. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Will be wanting my refund promptly and avoiding future services from you and hoping others avoid you as well. Not sure how you are rated so highly.
Update: The owner apologized profusely and I'll indicated that the driver somehow missed the delivery. She offered a free comp on the flowers and fresh ones for Valentine's Day. Both flower arrangements were excellent and fresh. Thank you for the excellent service.

However, I ordered Dusty rose pink but received petal pink instead for the flowers. This was for a themed wedding based on dusty rose pink. The Petal pink does not match.
