Very respectful towards their customers. I had few orders screwed up and they replaced it free of charge.

First whopper I had in a long time. It was good, veggies on it were very fresh. Staff was friendly

We purposefully go out of our way to go to the Malden location because they are so accurate and quick. Also, when I have coupons they make sure I get the best possible discounts; they are so kind!! I tipped the guy at the drive through window today, that’s how impressed I was with his service. This BK location never served us fries made with rancid oil, like a lot of fast food places do!!
