Very accommodating. Called at 9am, scheduled me in for 11:30...on a Saturday. They tried to take care of my issue before the weekend was done, and when they didnt have the part, they recommended the right place to find one.

For those Kids that can't afford a computer if they have a letter from their school they may be able receive a computer for free.
