Highly Recommend AW4U for your real estate needs. Specifically Dan Marrar and Chris Toldo. They both helped me with a purchase and leasing. Extremely professional, very responsive and do not rush their clients. To top it all, they had food catered at our new home on closing :) 10/10
Had a positive and good experience. Dan Marar was super helpful and professional during the showings and when I advised him that I was looking for something with a bit more space, he immediately recommended a different property. Great communicator and will work with you to help you get what suits your needs and your family.
My partner and I are beyond happy to have had the opportunity to work with Luis. Our house search began over a year and a half ago at a different brokerage. After several negative experiences there we knew we needed to find help elsewhere. Our friend recommended we connect to Luis and to be honesty before we chatted with him we were feeling less than optimistic about our chances in finding our dream home.
Once we chatted with Luis however we had a renewed sense of hope. Luis was not only friendly he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and most important to us ...he was honest!
He not only helped us find a home that hit all of our must haves, but he practically did it in less than three months all while working around the fact that I currently live 5+ hours away from the Windsor.
We could not be happier with our experience and would gladly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a realtor :)
Scott was an absolute standout in selling our home! Initially referred to us by friends, taking their advice was the best decision we made. From start to finish, Scott's expertise, communication skills, and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel like valued friends, not just clients.
If you're not buying, selling, or investing with Scott - you're doing it wrong. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a top-notch realtor!
Paul Germanese and his team are definitely outstanding.
Even though our house is beautiful and spacious, the fact that it doesn't have a basement nor central air made it quite challenging getting it sold, especially because of the uncertain situation of the real estate market.
We tried with two agents before working with Paul. There were several low-ball offers made, but we didn't want to compromise because we knew the worth of our extensive square footage house and its prime location in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood in South Windsor.
Unfortunately, those previous agents we worked with proved to being focused on their own profit without really taking into account our goals.
Thankfully, we found Paul, who took the task with his remarkable professionalism, experience, dedication, and creativity.
Under his direction, our house was so beautifully staged, that we were impressed on how much lighter and newer our home looked.
As it happened before, though, we got several offers that didn't meet our expectations, but Paul's approach was completely different than the previous agents. He put our goal on the forefront and didn't pressure us to take a low-ball offer. That was very reassuring and took away the additional stress we experienced before of having to argue about accepting offers we weren't happy with.
We finally got the right offer that got our house sold!
Fast forward, when we were in the midst of the dreaded packing, Paul sent us a very nice surprise gift that warmed our hearts. He also made the process easier by scheduleding for us a cleaning crew at no additional cost the day before of the closing date.
The best part came at the end, though.
We contacted Paul the evening before the move to ask him to give access to the cleaning crew, because we were behind with the packing and realized we were going to be too tired to do that the next day at 9 am.
For our surprise, despite being a Sunday evening, Paul and Rebecka, his lovely assistant, replied and took care of it, so we were able to sleep few more hours before resuming the packing
But the cherry on top came when the stove had to be replaced because it broke down after the house was sold. The seller's lawyer wanted $500 because it was of a different colour than the previous one. Once again, Paul came to the rescue and put the money out of his commission!
To conclude, I will say that Paul and his team really mean what their business name entails: Always Working For You.
