Friendly, knowledgeable technician who gave us some additional training, explained what he did and what went wrong and how to prevent future breakdown. Thumbs up to our "Mr. Xerox". We will be asking for you in the future for sure!!!

They are always eager to suggest the right solution rather than just push a product to us. Service has been professional and fast even through COVID. I highly recommend Tri County Copiers and the Xerox line of copier/scanner/printers.
(October 9, 2018, 2:57 pm)We find Tri-County quite helpful and reasonable to deal with. Their office machines are top quality and complex, but Tri-County is helpful and thorough providing setup and installation. One should always read the fine print on contracts carefully and this especially applies to third-party rental agreements for expensive equipment, but Tri-County has given excellent support and quick delivery of any needed supplies.
